Why the Founders Built Mass Hire

Mass Hire’s founders are working on a problem they experienced directly: long, uncertain waits and preventable confusion at walk-in interviews.

By Mass Hire Editorial1 min read

Mass Hire began with a direct candidate experience: arriving in the morning for a walk-in interview and waiting much of the day for a short conversation. The uncertainty around queues and timing made a demanding job search harder than it needed to be.

A shared operating problem

The issue affects more than candidates. HR teams must process large numbers of people, interview panels face uneven workloads, and security teams often receive limited information about who will arrive and when.

Complementary founders

Founder and product designer Anil Kumar Punna brings product strategy, design, and business-process experience. Co-founder and technology lead Taduri Vijay Kumar brings full-stack engineering and experience building scalable software systems.

The principle behind the product

Mass Hire is being designed around respect for time and operational clarity. Scheduling, verification, and event visibility are not treated as separate conveniences; together they can create a more understandable journey from registration to exit.

The founders are currently focused on an early-stage Hyderabad pilot and learning from candidates, recruiters, and event operators.
