Multiple interviews in one day are realistic only when travel and selection-stage timing leave enough buffer. A reporting time is not always the same as an interview completion time.
Ask about the full process
Confirm whether the event includes registration, assessments, group discussions, technical rounds, or document verification. Ask for the likely total duration and whether successful candidates continue to later rounds on the same day.
Build a buffer
Allow time for queues, transport disruption, meals, and finding the venue. Avoid booking consecutive events across distant locations. When possible, choose confirmed arrival slots and keep at least one flexible period in the day.
Organize documents
Carry separate resume sets and a checklist for each employer. Keep digital confirmations easy to find and verify that each event is legitimate before travelling.
Communicate early
If one event runs late, contact the next recruiter through the official channel. A clear message is better than arriving late without notice. If timing becomes impossible, request another slot instead of rushing unsafely.
Protect your wellbeing
Plan water, food, rest, medication, and charging access. Interview performance can suffer when a schedule leaves no recovery time.
